Appointments are confirmation-based — you’ll receive a confirmation message with your exact date, time, and location.
You’ll receive any additional reminders or updates ahead of your visit so you know exactly where to go and what to bring. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
At your appointment, we’ll walk through your brow and lash goals before starting any sculpting or application.

How to Prepare (Important)
A little prep goes a long way in making sure your brows and lashes take beautifully and last as long as possible.
- Please arrive with clean brows — no makeup, oils, or heavy skincare on or around the brow area.
- Avoid brow tinting, waxing, or threading in the days leading up to your appointment unless instructed otherwise.
- If you currently use active skincare (retinoids, acids) around the brow area, pause use for 24–48 hours beforehand if possible.
- Come with a general idea of how you like your brows and lashes to look — we’ll refine the details together.
- This is a sculpting service, not tint-only, so plan for a more detailed, customized appointment experience.
Day-of checklist
- Arrive on time so we can give your brows and lashes the full attention they deserve.
- Bring any inspo photos if you have a specific look in mind.
- Come relaxed — you’ll be guided through every step, including a Lash Me Baby™ pro application tutorial.

- Only 10 Slay in 3D™ appointments are released each week. This allows time for detailed mapping, sculpting, and customization — not rushed work.
- Every brow is intentionally mapped to complement your bone structure and facial symmetry for a result that suits your natural features.
- Textured, waterproof paint builds dimension where brow hair is sparse or missing and lasts up to 1–3 weeks on the skin.
- Lash Me Baby™ custom fit + pro application tutorial ensures your lash look is tailored to your eye shape and wearable beyond the chair.
- The experience is designed for skin-level fullness, texture, and balance — not a one-size-fits-all tinting approach.
