Have your brows been over-tweezed? Or are they overgrown and have no shape?  We can help design the brow shape that is best for YOU!  We will remove hair (wax, tweeze and trim) which will define your brow and give you a “clean” and precise line!  Also included are a brow massage with soothing tea tree ointment, along with the finishing touches of a brow fill and highlight using makeup.

Next, we will finish your look by adding the perfect highlight to enhance your perfect brow shape!

This service originated in London about 6 years ago, and was brought to the United States in January of 2015.  I am the first Sleek Brows certified technician in Kentucky as of April, 2015.  This innovative service can be used to fill in and enhance a naturally sparse brow, or to build a completely new brow for someone who has no hair.  It’s also great for clients with full brows, who want the perfect fill to last a week or so.  This brow service also includes a brow wax, tweeze and massage.  Then we recreate a full brow using a textured paint customized specifically for you.

As an option (with an additional charge), I can build by adding extensions!  Yes, we will add tiny brow hairs to your existing hair and/or to the textured paint. Get a beautiful brow shape and color with brow tinting! Brow tinting is a dye that temporarily colors the brows and the surrounding skin giving the illusion of fuller, more defined brows! This can last up to 6 weeks! (results will vary).

The Ombre’ Slay is an innovative, natural-looking permanent makeup technique that will leave you with a soft color that resembles a powdered makeup look.  It is usually perfected annually, but many clients wait 2 years or longer.  Ultimately, how often you choose to come to have them perfected is personal preference.  We do, however, highly recommend coming once a month or every few months to allow us to keep them waxed, trimmed and looking their best!

Unlike traditional tattoos, the ombre’ technique involves lightly implanting pigment into the surface of the skin.  This results in a soft, powdery look that is very natural looking.  There is little to no redness and rarely any swelling.  We do NOT remove all eyebrow hair, and most clients say that it does not hurt.  We have actually have many clients fall asleep during the service.

This is NOT microblading.

We use a digital machine to perform the Ombre Slay procedure.   This technique is ideal for most skin types.  If you have natural eyebrow hair still present, this will blend perfectly.  We love this technique because if you have zero hair, or a full, bushy brow…we can use this technique to enhance and perfect them.  The results are very realistic. This procedure IS permanent, therefore, we do not offer “trendy” brow styles that you may HATE 10 years from now.

To keep discomfort to a minimum, anesthetic creams are used during the procedure. The entire process takes approximately 150-170 minutes and there is really no down time. The area MAY swell slightly and may appear inflamed for a short time (rarely happens). As a precaution though, I recommend you allow 20 days healing time before your next big event or special photographs.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are at all apprehensive, or unsure, a great first step would be to schedule an appointment for Brow Sculpting, which is a semi-permanent brow service that allows you to get a good idea of what the permanent Ombre’ Slay would look like, wear it for a week or so, and make a more informed decision on if you want us to do your permanent brow service for you.  This appointment can also include a consultation for the ombre’ service if you wish.

This Perfecting session is for clients who have had the Ombre’ Slay for a year or longer.  Some clients may come back sooner than a year, for various reasons, and this is ok too.

For clients who have only had the Initial, First Ombre’ Slay session…congratulations!! 🙂  Not all clients will need a follow-up Perfecting Session, but it is best to go ahead and schedule this appointment for 8-weeks after the initial appointment just in case.  When you are checking out the day of your Ombre’ Slay, we suggest scheduling an Ombre’ Wax a month later, so we can look at them, clean them up for you and decide if a Perfecting Session is needed.  Your very first Perfecting Session is only $75- if we determine that you need it.  This first appointment MUST be scheduled between 8 weeks and 3 months after the initial appointment or an additional touchup fee will be applied.  We will NOT touch your brows again for a minimum of 8 weeks after any Ombre’ Slay appointment.
